Published: Jun. 22, 2010

June 18, 2010, New York, NY—Toyo Ink International Corp., the US holding company of Toyo Ink subsidiaries in North America, today announced that it will implement organizational changes gradually from this July. The move is targeted at strengthening Toyo Ink’s graphic arts business operations in the United States as well as boosting its manufacturing base in the region.

The new structure will better align production, R&D and supply chain operations for improved operational synergy, thus strengthening the company’s capability to offer comprehensive product and service solutions to its customers.

Under the reorganization, the graphic arts business lines and the production facilities of Toyo Ink Mfg. America, LLC will be consolidated with those of Illinois-based Toyo Ink America, LLC and operated under a single management structure. Toyo Ink Mfg. America will retain its imported product divisions and continue to operate henceforth as a trading company.

Toyo Ink Mfg. America and Toyo Ink America are wholly owned subsidiaries of Toyo Ink International Corp.
